Our PNG Circus team was pleasantly surprised by the recent visit of Ms Olivia Lemoine, French Ambassador’s Spouse and Ms. Lidwina Taula, New Zealand Ambassador’s Spouse.
We were pleased that the dignitaries spent time watching the circus team train and getting to know our young talents and were impressed by their amazing talents and the teachers guiding them.
“We were so very impressed with the program, the kids, and with the trainers on all these grassroots efforts in bringing about positive sustainable change in young Papua New Guinean lives,” said Ms. Lidwina Taula, New Zealand Ambassador’s Spouse.
They have also encouraged us to promote all future PNG Circus events more widely for more people to be aware of the Circus Group and promised to help share among their various networks.
A donation of 2,300 Kina was also presented to PNG Circus from their Head of Missions Spousal Group to help with the Circus Group’s daily expenses, costumes, food, etc.
PNG Circus Group is looking to expand our shows and welcomes all invitations to participate in your events and our wish list for this upcoming new year is to have a large space to continue our daily practices.
