Headed by women community leaders who are part of the ACDP, they clean up areas around their vicinity and also encourage other women to join. ACDP provides opportunities for them to earn an income by getting funding for their black bags, shovel, spade and pay fuel for their dump trucks. Women take ownership and lead the clean city campaign and they are all over the city doing their bit to contribute to the city.
