PNG Circus tall men were a huge presence at Ela Beach, standing out in a crowd of more than 2,000 people and holding PNG flags high during Independence Day celebrations.
The tall men on almost 4-meter stilts grabbed attention wherever they walked at Ela Beach, bringing a sense of pride. By passers stopped to take pictures while children cheered and ran after them.
For the four days of celebrations, they stood tall, waving the flag. One would describe them as colorful moving flag poles with big smiles. For the next event, keep an eye out for the tall men, always dressedin fascinating colors.
